Hello, I am your town's assistant. What would you like to ask?

Try it. Click a question:

Demo. The answers are examples. Each town has its own.

what it does

Answers for the town hall. Day and night.

The assistant learns from the town website and any other websites you connect. For example the school, the library or the technical services.

Understands everyday language

People ask the way they talk at home. "Bins", "ID", "nursery". The assistant knows they mean waste collection, an identity card and the kindergarten.

Shows its source

Every answer links to a page on the town website. Citizens can check it in one click.

Speaks dozens of languages

It answers foreign residents in their own language. The assistant window is built for accessibility.

Knows today's date

It presents old information as past. It won't claim last year's event is happening now.

Works on mobile

In small towns, most questions come from phones. The window adapts to any screen.

Carries the town's colors

The logo, colors and assistant name are yours. A custom character if you like, or just a neutral icon.

how an answer is made

Five steps before the assistant answers.

That is why it doesn't make things up. It builds each answer only from what it finds on the town website.

  1. Understands the question

Translates everyday language into official terms and adds context from earlier questions.

  2. Searches the town website

Goes through pages, documents and contacts, which it reloads every night.

  3. Picks the best sources

Only a few of the most relevant pages go into the answer. Official pages take priority.

  4. Answers and cites

Every claim has a source number. Links appear below the answer.

  5. Says when it doesn't know

"I couldn't find this information on the website." Then it tells you where to turn.

reports for the mayor

See what people are asking.

The assistant tells you more than website traffic stats. You see the questions citizens actually ask.

  • How many people asked, and when. How many questions came in the evening and on weekends.
  • The most common topics. Waste, fees, office hours, events.
  • What the website is missing. Questions the assistant couldn't answer. You know what to add.
setup

Done in an afternoon. No IT department needed.

Setup takes the town roughly two to three hours of work. We do most of it.

  1. Kickoff meeting

We agree on the look, the assistant's name and other websites it should draw from.

  2. We build the assistant

From the town website. You don't need to write or send anything.

  3. You test it

With your own questions. We incorporate your feedback.

  4. One line of code

We send it to your web administrator. The assistant appears on every page.

  • It relearns every night. Whatever you publish on the website, the assistant knows the next day.
  • The website stays the same. The assistant is an extra window. The site design doesn't change.
  • Works with any website. No matter who built it.
  • An outage won't take down the website. The window loads separately.
to be clear

What the assistant can't do.

We only promise what holds true. So you know up front what to expect.

  • It only knows what is on the website. If information exists only on a flyer on the notice board, the assistant doesn't know it. It says so and tells you where to turn.
  • It has no access to citizens' personal data. No payment status, no case files. It is not connected to the office's systems.
  • It doesn't give legal or medical advice. In a crisis, it answers with a helpline contact.
  • ID cards, passports and driver's licenses are issued only by larger "municipalities with extended powers". The assistant knows this and sends citizens there.
  • On a website with very little text, the assistant works more like a signpost. We will tell you that at the demo stage.
FAQ

What mayors ask

What if the assistant gets an answer wrong?

Every answer has a source, so errors are easy to trace. We fix the error and add it to our tests so it doesn't happen again. We respond to error reports within 24 hours.

Do we need to write or prepare anything?

No. We pull the content from your website ourselves. All we need from you is feedback on the answers and your web administrator adding one line of code.

How does the assistant learn about news?

It reloads the town website every night. What you publish today, the assistant knows tomorrow.

Can citizens tell they are talking to a machine?

Yes. The assistant introduces itself as an assistant, not a person. The EU AI Act requires this too.

What if we already have a chatbot?

We are happy to show you the difference on your own website. The demo is free, so you can compare for yourself.
