Who is the controller

Data from forms on this website is processed by Citee s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 30145716, Dandova 2619/13, 193 00 Prague 9, Czech Republic, as the controller. Contact: obchod@citee.cz.

What data and why

• Assistant demo: the town website address and your email. We use them to build and send the demo and to follow up once. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to your request.
• Job application: name, email, phone and message. We use them only for hiring and delete them within six months at the latest, unless we agree otherwise.
• Email and phone: when you write to us or call, we use your details only to reply.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. We serve fonts from our own server, not from Google.

Who we share data with

We never sell it. We store it in our internal system on servers in the European Union. Demos are built by our technology partner, who receives only the town website address and your email.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing and object to it. Just write to obchod@citee.cz. You can file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, ÚOOÚ (uoou.gov.cz).

The assistant on municipal websites

Data that citizens enter into the assistant on a town website is processed by the town as the controller and by Citee as its processor. Details are on the website of the town concerned and on our Security page.
