How municipalities pay

Who signs the order on the town's side?

The amount is far below the Czech small-contract procurement threshold, so the town can order directly, without a tender. Depending on the town's rules, the mayor or the council decides.

How does payment work?

After the trial we send a contract and an invoice for the first year. We invoice each following year before it starts.

What if the assistant doesn't convince us?

After the 14-day trial we simply switch it off. You pay nothing and sign nothing.

Where in the town budget does the money come from?

Usually under local administration expenses, purchase of services. We are happy to share how other towns handle it.
